How do I place an Order?

For simple items like cooling products, replacement case parts, dust filters and other small items simply click “Add to Cart” button. 

Our pages for customizable computer cases are interactive and will guide the customer through the configuration. “Add to Cart” button will only be accessible once all mandatory components have been selected. 

After adding product into cart simply click the “Cart” icon on top of the page and proceed to checkout.

How long does it take to process my Order?

„IN STOCK“ are usually shipped within 1-3 business days from the order entry.

„In Production“, „On Backorder“ or “Build-to-Order” items are shipped to customers upon receipt from the manufacturer (i.e. computer cases assembled for each individual customer)

How do I cancel or change my order?

Orders that have not yet been shipped can be cancelled/modified upon request. 

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled anymore. Customer can instead return the unused and undamaged product back within a return period window.

How Can I Return a Product?

New and unused items can be returned back within 14 days from moment of delivery.

Will I receive email and text updates?

Every customer will receive an order processing confirmation (kindly check spam folder as well). Additionally customers will receive email notification once the order has been shipped along with a tracking link.

I am from uk – why is there minimum order value?

Due to BREXIT, the minimum order value for UK customers is 150,- EUR excluding shipping. This is needed to comply with rules outlined by UK HMRC.

How long does the shipping take?

Shipping time depends on the shipping method selected during checkout as well as destination country.

What shipping methods are available?

We offer standard shipping via Postal Service, DPD and TNT, or express shipping via DHL.

NOTE: Express shipping does not affect processing (production time) of configurable computer cases.

From where will my order ship?

We take care of all the import process from our partners across the world into the EU and ship all orders purchased via DENSITY.sk from our EU-located warehouse. 

Do I have to pay any taxes?

EU customer: you pay all mandatory VAT (value added tax) already during checkout – you do not pay any additional fees after that.

non-EU customer: you are responsible for paying your own import taxes. You will therefore see all prices without VAT during checkout (once you enter your address).

What payment methods are available?

We accept credit/debit card payments, SEPA bank transfer payments and online payment wallets Apple Pay and Google Pay for selected countries.

Is buying online safe?

All communication with the payment gateway is secured by encryption. Payment gateways also utilize the 3D secure system for added security (Mastercard SecureCode / Verified by Visa). DENSITY.sk does not store any of your sensitive credit card details. These are passed directly to the payment gateway.
