Shipping

Please make sure to provide a full billing and shipping address (if different from billing). Do not forget to include a valid cell-phone number (for delivery purposes).

We do not ship to P.O.Boxes, Package Stations or other temporary addresses (i.e.Hotels, Airports, etc.). Such order will be cancelled/refunded immediately after receipt or latest once declined by shipping carrier.

Delivery to islands in Denmark, Germany, Greece or other selected countries is not possible. We kindly ask you to contact us prior to purchase if you happen to live on an island in order to check with our shipping provider.

Each customer will receive a tracking ID upon shipmen of his/her order.

Order Processing Time

Items marked as „IN STOCK“ are usually physically available in our EU warehouse and can be shipped right away. These products are shipped within 1-3 business days from the order entry (excluding public holidays), unless stated otherwise.

Items marked as „In Production“, „On Backorder“ or “Build-to-Order” in our catalog means, that the item is available at our supplier or already on the way to our EU warehouse. These items are shipped to customers upon receipt from the manufacturer.

An order can only be shipped once all parts are available in our local EU warehouse.

Orders with SEPA Bank Transfer as the payment method will be processed only after payment receipt. Therefore stock on the website during checkout is subject to prior sales if the payment is received at a later date.

Estimated processing time for backordered items

* Computer cases from Sliger Designs are in general built for each individual customer. The processing time includes manufacturing, import into the Europe including customs clearances and preparing the order to be shipped to the customer from our EU based warehouse. However if all required parts are available (marked as “IN STOCK” during cart/checkout) in our EU warehouse, then the order is assembled locally and shipped within 1-3 business days.

Estimated ship date may be subject to change without prior notice. In case of any changes or delays, we will inform you immediately about the status of your order.

Taxes and Import Fees

All prices on our website include a Slovak VAT rate of 23% as reference. Correct VAT rate applicable for your particular delivery address is visible on the Cart Page or during Checkout after you have entered your Billing and Shipping Address (if different from billing). Non-EU customer will see prices excluding VAT on the checkout page upon entering their non-EU address.

All our products are shipped exclusively from our EU-located warehouse.

*Delivered Duty Paid: All duty/tax cost are paid at the moment of ordering on our website. You do not need to pay any extra fees to receive your parcel.

*Delivered Duty Unpaid: Customer will be charged applicable taxes/duty in his country to the shipping carrier, prior to receiving the shipment. Shipping carrier will contact the recipient with instructions before delivery.
Please note, that some shipping carriers may charge a very small fee (usually around 10-13 EUR or equivalent in other currency) for processing the import documentation on your behalf, which is outside of our influence and control. However in some countries the recipient has the option to refuse processing of the customs papers by the carrier and can submit relevant paperwork by him-/herself instead. Please contact your local carrier for more information about this option.

We provide various tiers of shipping options depending on your address. Every order upon shipping will receive its own and unique tracking ID which will be sent to the customer via email. Thanks to the provided tracking link the customer will be able to track the shipment with ease.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the total weight of the ordered items, number of packages and customer address. You can simply add your desired product into the cart and enter your Country, City and ZIP code to see relevant shipping rates for your particular address.

Shipping calculation on our website is available up to 30kg total gross weight per order depending on region. For larger/heavier orders please contact us to offer you an appropriate shipping option.
