Description
The NH-L9x65 SE-AM4 is the enhanced AM4-specific version of the NH-L9x65. Based on the design of NOCTUA’s low-profile NH-L9 CPU coolers, it offers better cooling performance in only a slightly larger package. With 65mm height with 4 heat pipes and narrow design it clears 100% RAM and PCIe sockets. It also allows easy access to near-socket connectors even on Mini-ITX motherboards. With it’s NF-A9x14 92mm fan with PWM control it is whisper-quiet. In addition with NOCTUA’s NT-H1 thermal compound it is the best choice for small ITX systems with AMD or Intel CPUs.
NOTE: Please note that being a dedicated special edition for AM4, the NH-L9x65 SE-AM4 comes with AM4 mounting hardware only.
Caution: The NH-L9x65 is a highly compact low-profile quiet cooler designed for use in small form factor cases and HTPC environments. While it provides first-rate performance in its class, it is not suitable for overclocking and should be used with care on CPUs with more than 95W TDP (Thermal Design Power). Please consult manufacturer’s CPU compatibility list and TDP guidelines to find out whether the NH-L9x65 is recommended for your CPU.
