In our shop you can choose many different payment options for goods that will meet your needs. We are constantly striving to improve our services with our partners and offer you better deals. Below you will find a list of our payment methods that you can use when purchasing from us.

Communication with the payment processing operator is secured by encryption. DENSITY.sk does not see or store any of your sensitive credit card details. Therefore your transactions are protected.

Transactions are processed securely via our main payment gateway provider Stripe which utilizes 3D secure system for maximum safety while shopping online. Additional payment methods via online wallets Apple Pay and Google Pay are available when using supported devices and browser.

For selected countries you can pay easily and quickly with your debit / credit card through the online payment gateway BARION.  Barion Payment Inc. is an Electronic Money Issuer, licensed by the Central Bank of Hungary, based on the Electronic Money EU Directive (2009/110/EC), license Id: H-EN-I-1064/2013

 

Payment by credit / debit card is possible only by card with internet payment enabled and are issued in an European country.

When choosing this payment method, we will receive payment instructions right after you create your order. Your order will be processed after payment receipt on our bank account. The delivery date depends on the date of payment receipt. We will then ship your order with regard to stock levels (see Delivery Terms below). For very late payments the available stock may be subject to prior sales.

DELIVERY

Want to get your order via a reliable carrier? Do you want to have a choice of standard, express or even free shipping? Here you can find all information about the modes of transport offered. We work exclusively with carefully selected logistic partners to offer you the most ideal solution for the best price. For each of your orders, you will receive a shipment tracking number with which you can check delivery status, or even redirect the package in supported countries.

CAUTION! Please check the box before accepting the delivery from the courier. The goods we send are usually durable, carefully and securely packed. Small damage to the outer packaging is common. However, if you notice a significant damage (torn or heavily compressed packaging, etc.), we recommend that you do not accept the delivery and let us know via the contact form. Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark*, Estonia, Finland, France*, Germany*, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and United Kingdom.

*Delivery to islands is not possible, therefore we kindly ask you to contact us prior to purchase if you happen to live on an island.

NOTE: We do not ship to P.O.Boxes, Package Stations or other temporary addresses (i.e.Hotels, Airports, etc.). Such order will be cancelled/refunded immediately after receipt or latest once declined by shipping carrier.

TAXES and FEES

Although many products that we offer to our customers are manufactured in the USA, ASIA or other parts of the world, we would like to offer our customers the most convenient way to get the products they like without any additional import paperwork.

Therefore as an EU-based business we ship all orders to our customers exclusively from our local EU warehouse.

I am an EU customer – Do I have to pay taxes or import duty?

NO, you do not. If you are a customer with a shipping address in an EU member country, you already pay all prices including mandatory  European Value Added Tax (VAT) during checkout.

I do not live in an EU country – Do I have to pay taxes or import duty?

Yes. If you are a customer with shipping address based in the UK, Serbia, Switzerland, Norway or any other non-EU country, you are responsible to pay your own national import taxes and fees as per applicable laws of your country. We have no control over that.

However to protect you from double-taxation, our website will show you all prices excluding VAT during checkout, once you have entered a valid non-EU shipping address.

Please note, that some shipping carriers may charge a very small fee (usually around 10-13 EUR or equivalent in other currency) for processing the import documentation on your behalf, which is outside of our influence and control. However in the recipient has sometimes the option to refuse processing of the customs papers by the carrier and can submit relevant paperwork by him-/herself instead. Please contact your local carrier for more information about this option.

Important note to UK customers

Due to the ongoing situation around BREXIT and the deal that has been signed between EU and UK,

we are able to accept UK orders with a minimum value of 150,- EUR excluding shipping.

Due to the decision from UK HMRC office websites are required to collect UK VAT for low value orders (below 135,- GBP or 150,- EUR equivalent) at the moment of sale. This action however requires EU businesses to register with UK HMRC and transfer collected VAT to HMRC directly. This unfortunately is accompanied by an enormous administrative burden and costs, under which many EU businesses cannot operate. As a result many companies had to restrict or limit sale to UK addresses.

What does it mean for me – the UK customer?

You can simply order anything from our website, but please make sure that the checkout value is over 150 EUR, otherwise the purchase cannot be completed. We recommend if you plan to purchase any additional small items or accessories, that you order it together with your computer case or other items in one transaction. Separate ordering below 150,- EUR is unfortunately not possible.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Sliger Designs Products

Small Form Factor computer cases by Sliger Designs are in general built for each individual customer. Therefore these products are usually shipped within 3-6 weeks from order entry (excluding holidays). This lead time includes processing of the order, manufacturing, import into the Europe including customs clearances and preparing the order to be shipped to the customer from our EU based warehouse.

Each customer will receive a tracking ID upon shipment of his/hers order. In some situations when all required components are available locally, the order might be processed and shipped quicker.

Estimated ship date may be subject to change without prior notice. In case of any changes or delays, we will inform you immediately about the status of your order.

All Other Products and Accessories

(Noctua, Nouvolo, DEMCiflex and others)

„IN STOCK“ status in our catalog means, that the item is already physically available in our EU warehouse and can be shipped right away. They are shipped within 1-3 business days from the order entry (excluding public holidays), unless stated otherwise.

„In Production“, „On Backorder“ or “Build-to-Order” in our catalog means, that the item is available at our supplier or already on the way to our EU warehouse. These items are shipped within 2-5 weeks from the order entry (excluding holidays), unless stated otherwise.

Estimated ship date may be subject to change without prior notice. In case of any changes or delays, we will inform you immediately about the status of your order.

OUR SHIPPING PARTNERS

We work with reputable shipping carriers across Europe to get your order to you quickly and hassle-free. We provide various tiers of shipping options depending on your address. Every order upon shipping will receive its own and unique tracking ID which will be sent to the customer vial E-Mail. Thanks to the provided tracking link the customer will be able to track the shipment with ease.

SHIPPING COSTS AND TRANSIT TIME

The shipping costs heavily depend on the specific country of delivery as well as shipment weight and order value. All you have to do is put your chosen items in the shopping cart and the system will offer you the best prices and available transport options specifically for you. More detailed table can be found below.

Shipping rates

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the total weight of the ordered items and customer address. You can simply add your desired product into the cart and enter your Country, City and ZIP code to see relevant shipping rates for your particular address.

Shipping charges for EU countries include a 20% Slovak VAT as reference. Correct VAT charge will be calculated during checkout based on the customer’s country of delivery.
