We are closely monitoring global situation around the Covid-19, shortages of electronics and increased global shipping time. We want to give you more information on order processing time of our offered products.
We are temporarily increasing the estimated processing time for orders with backordered items from 2-5 weeks to an estimated 3-6 weeks for computer cases and their accessories. Shorter processing time of approximately 2-4 weeks applies to dust filters or cooling products
This time period includes processing of your order in our system, manufacturing of required components/products by our suppliers, import to EU and preparing of individual orders for final transport to our customers from our EU-located warehouse.
Products marked as “IN STOCK” will continue to be expedited to customers within 1-3 business days as usual.
Thanks to our exprertise and feedback from our valued customers we will continue to do what we can to shorten this processing time as much as possible. It is important to us that our customer can enjoy your ordered products soon.
What do we do to shorten the processing time?
We were already successful in implementing a few countermeasures to lessen the impact on customer’s orders.
- We are constantly increasing our standard stock size above normal in EU located warehouses, thus many orders can be fulfilled locally
- We have rooted out some of causes for slower shipping
- We have switched to faster and more reliable shipping methods at no additional cost to our customers
- We are proactively contacting customers when there is a chance to change components to speed up shipping (i.e. offering a change of color or style of the PC case, etc.)
